College of Ministry

Connect Group Description

Mt. Olive's College of Ministry (COM) is required, on-going training and support for those who believe they are called to the ministry of preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ. This ministry assists in discerning, clarifying and/or strengthening your ministry and service as an associate elder, minister, or minister-in-training (MIT) here at Mt. Olive Baptist Church. Additionally, the COM serves as a source of support and accountability as each of us strive together in support of the vision of the Senior Pastor and in pressing toward the mark of the high calling in Christ Jesus! Pastoral approval is required for attendance in this class. Upon registering, please schedule an interest meeting with Rev. Elaine Gattis (firstlady@mtolivebcs.org).
